1.0 oz Passion Fruit Puree
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Top Prosecco/Sparkling Wine
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Prosecco or your favorite sparkling wine and garnish with a lime wheel.
