1.5 oz Rock Town Blackstrap & Cane Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a tulip glass over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
