2 oz Rock Town Basil Vodka
0.5 oz Craft Cordials Peach Liqueur
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
5 dashes Citric Acid Solution**
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over **Earth ice spheres and top with soda water.
**Citric Acid Solution: dissolve 25g citric acid in 100g of water before pouring into a bitters dasher.
**Earth Ice Spheres: make lime jello and refrigerate until set before stirring to scramble. Add scrambled jello into sphere ice molds and top with brewed butterfly pea tea.
