2.0 oz Rock Town Watermelon Vodka
1.0 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Rock Town Triple Sec
0.5 oz Spicy Simple Syrup
Top Guava Foam**
Pour all ingredients except guava foam into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a tulip cup over ice and top with guava foam. Garnish with a lime wheel dipped in Tajin.
**Guava Foam – combine guava nectar and xanthan gum in a whip canister. Blend well with frother, charge and shake.
