0.5 oz Medium Sherry
0.5 oz Toasted Honey Syrup
1 dash Saline Solution
2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
1 spritz Rock Town Peated Single Malt Whiskey
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a big rock and spritz with Peated Single Malt. Garnish with an orange peel and honeycomb chunk.
