1.0 oz Banana Infused Sherry
0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup
2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
1 dash Saline
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a banana chip.
