1.0 oz Rock Town Low Rye Bourbon
1.0 oz Cognac
0.75 oz Licor 43
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Spray chilled coupe glass with Herbsaint and strain contents of mixing glass into the coupe glass and garnish with a Brandied cherry and orange peel.
