1.5 oz Rock Town Rum
0.75 oz Orange Juice
3.5 oz Mulled Wine**
Build in a collins glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
**Mulled wine- add 2 cups red wine, 2 cups pumpkin pie syrup, 5 star anise pods, 5 cinnamon sticks, and 1 tsp ground clove to a pot on induction burner. Bring to a boil and turn down to “1” and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain out solids. Yields about 1 quart.
