Ingredients

2 oz Rock Town Peated Bourbon

0.25 oz Rock Town Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters

1 spritz Liquid Smoke

Method

Pour first three ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a low ball glass over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel and 1 spritz of Liquid Smoke.
