1 oz Rock Town Mandarin Vodka
1 oz Orange Citrate Syrup**
0.5 oz Averna
0.5 oz Aperol
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coup glass and garnish with an orange twist.
**Orange Citrate Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar, 1.25 cup water, 1 cup orange juice, and 55 grams citric acid powder in a pot over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
