Thomas Collinsworth:

1.5 oz Rock Town Barrel Aged Gin
0.75 oz pink lemon juice
0.5 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
1 egg white froth

Crack egg and separate the white from the yolk. Put egg white and rest of ingredients in a shaker tin and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into Collins glass over ice and garnish with pink lemons.
