Our Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, bottled and packaged at the distillery here in Little Rock. We’re makers not fakers.

Mashbill: 54% Arkansas Corn, 36% Arkansas rye grain and 10% malted barley. Non-chill filtered.

The big grains are off from the start, though a little caramel from the oak blunts a little of the usual sharpness; mouth-hugging, the rye, infused with a little spice, follows every contour on the palate, bombing the taste buds with the most salivating and precise grain intensity imaginable. It’s just…wow!!! no whiskey has a right to have a finish of this length. Wave after wave after wave of fruity rye, always slightly different in its intensity of sweetness or fruitiness; I’m not sure any micro distillery makes their cuts any cleaner than these guys.
