`1 oz Rock Town Rye Whiskey
1 oz D.O.M Benedictine
1 oz Apple Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
Spritz Celery Bitters
Spray two spritz’s of Celery Bitters into collins glass. Add ice and top with remaining ingredients. Garnish with a dried apple slice.
