1.5 Rock Town Gin
1.0 oz Sugar Snap Pea Juice
1.0 Grapefruit Juice
0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda water, into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice and garnish with snap pea powder and an edible flower.
