Ingredients

1 oz Rock Town Brandon’s Gin
1 oz Rock Town Basil Vodka
0.75 oz Fennel Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Pear Juice
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top with Tonic Water

Method

Pour all ingredients except Tonic Water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice, top with Tonic Water and garnish with a dill sprig.
