2 oz Rock Town Mandarin Vodka

1 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup*

Pour first three ingredients into shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a lowball glass over ice. Top with Butterfly Pea Flower Tea. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

**Blueberry Simple: Add 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup granulated sugar, and one cup water to a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until sugar is dissolved and cool before straining out solids.

**Butterfly Pea Tea: Steep 1 Tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers in 8oz hot water for five minutes before cooling and straining out solids
