1.5 oz Rock Town Vodka
1.0 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Rock Town Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz Orgeat
Pour all ingredients into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a bruleèd pineapple ring and cocktail umbrella.
