1.5 oz Rock Town Rice Bourbon
0.5 oz Rock Town Black Raspberry Liqueur
1.0 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Honey Simple Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a gummy peach ring.
