1.5 oz Vanilla Infused Rock Town Vodka
1 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 oz Rock Town Bourbon Cream
Pour all ingredients into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish a Nick & Nora glass with candy conversation hearts using vanilla frosting to adhere them to the rim. Top with shaved white chocolate.
