Make At Home

Ingredients

1.5 oz Rock Town Lemon Vodka
0.75 oz Toasted Rice-Apple Syrup**
0.5 oz Cranberry Juice
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
5 dashes Foaming Bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Nick and Nora and garnish with a lemon peel.

**TOASTED RICE-APPLE SYRUP: In a large DRY pot, add one cup white rice. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until golden brown. Once browned add one cup apple juice, one cup water and one cup granulated sugar. Simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain out solids.
