2 oz Rock Town Golden Promise Bourbon
1 oz Raspberry Green Peppercorn Syrup
1 oz Jasmine Tea Concentrate
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a low ball glass over large ice cube and garnish with a raspberry and lemon twist.
