Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
**Cinnamon Simple Syrup: Crush 12 cinnamon sticks. Grab a quart container and fill with 2 cups of sugar. Add crushed cinnamon sticks to container and fill with hot water. Stir until sugar is dissolved, and then let it cool completely before straining into new container and enjoy!
