Non-Alcoholic – OR add your choice of Rock Town Vodka or Gin

2 oz Yerba Mate

0.75 oz Lime Juice

0.75 oz Strawberry Syrup

Soda Water

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Rim the glass with jam and garnish with a strawberry.
