2.0 oz Rock Town Column Still Small Batch Bourbon
0.5 oz Rock Town Peach Liqueur
0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup
6 dashes Lemon Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a lowball glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon peel.
