2.0 Rock Town Vodka
1.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
0.5 oz Rock Town Triple Sec
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Condensed Milk
Pour all ingredients into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a collins glass rimmed with frosting and sprinkles and top with conversation hearts.
