1.5 oz Rock Town Mandarin Vodka
0.5 oz Rock Town Triple Sec
1 oz Red Pepper Salty Simple Syrup**
0.25 oz Orange Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Rim a collins glass with sugar. Shake and strain into glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
**Red Pepper Salty Simple Syrup: 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup salt 1/2 cup red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon citric acid. Combine all ingredients with 2 cups hot water and infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and cool. Good for one month.
