2 oz Rock Town Peach Liqueur
1 oz Rock Town Vodka
1.5 oz Pie Simple Syrup**
0.25 oz Orange Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a small pie crust topper.
**Pie Simple Syrup: Take 1 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon, 0.25 Tbsp allspice, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract add combine with two cups boiling water. Stir until completely blended.
