2.0 oz Burrata Washed Rock Town Vodka
2.0 oz Tomato Water
1.0 oz Dolin Blanc
5 dashes Saline Solution
2 dashes Citric Solution
Put a column ice cube into a collins glass. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice. Stir and strain into collins glass with ice column. Top with basil foam and garnish with a cherry tomato and dot of balsamic glaze.
