2 oz Rock Town Rye Whiskey
2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
0.25 oz Simple Syrup Herbsaint Rinse
Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir. Pour into a Lowball glass with no ice and pour in 0.25 oz Herbsaint. Garnish with lemon zest.
