1.5 oz Rock Town Lemon Vodka
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
1 oz Chocolate Syrup**
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
**Chocolate syrup: combine 2 cups of sugar and 1 heaping tablespoon of chocolate powder in a quart container. Fill to top with hot water to dissolve sugar and cocoa powder.
