1.5 oz Rock Town Black Pepper & Beet Infused Gin
0.75 oz Caper Berry Brine
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a caper berry.
