Vodka and Moonshine Cocktail

1 oz Rock Town Vodka
2 oz Apple Cider
0.5 oz Rock Town Apple Pie 40 Moonshine
0.5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup**
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a lowball glass over ice. Garnish with a fall gummy candy and lemon wheel.
**Combine 2 cups brown sugar and 2 cups hot water. Stir to dissolve sugar and cool.
