1.5 oz Rock Town Chocolate Malt Bourbon
0.5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Rock Town Apple Pie Moonshine 40 Proof
0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup
0.25 oz Rock Town Creme de Cacao
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
Preheat an Irish coffee mug with hot water. Once heated, dump hot water out and pour all ingredients into the heated mug and top with hot water. Garnish with one star anise.
