1.25 oz Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass rimmed with lime zest and rimming salt and garnish with a lime wheel.
