2.0 oz Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka
2.0 oz Kiwi Simple Syrup**
0.5 oz Rock Town Triple Sec
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Coconut Syrup
2 tablespoons Coco Real Cream of Coconut
1 drop Red Food Coloring
Pour all ingredients except Coco Real into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a tiki glass over ice. Mix red food coloring into 2 tablespoons of Coco Real and drizzle down the rim of the glass to look like blood. Garnish with dried kiwi.
**Kiwi Simple Syrup: Scoop the flesh out of 4 kiwis and cut into chunks. Muddle the kiwi and add 1/3 quart sugar and hot water. Let steep for 15 min and then strain and chill.
