1 oz Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka

0.5 oz Craft Cordials Elderflower Liqueur

0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup**

Method

Pour ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with your favorite sparkling white wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
