1.5 oz Rock Town Golden Promise Bourbon
0.75 oz Praline Syrup**
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Rock Town Salted Vanilla Vodka
Top Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
**Praline Syrup: 24 oz pecan pieces, 12 oz molasses, 4 quarts sugar, 2 quarts water and a tablespoon pumpkin pie spice. Cook the pecans for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat, stirring intermittently. Add the molasses and stir it to coat pecans. Add 2 qt sugar and 2 qt water then stir slowly. Add the last 2 qt of sugar and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Let cool and strain the pecans out.
