1.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Rock Town Bourbon Cream
0.5 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a lowball glass over ice. Garnish with a St. Paddy’s Day pick with three brandied cherries.
** Brown Sugar Simple Syrup: Mix 2 cups brown sugar with 2 cups hot water and stir until dissolved.
