0.75 oz Brandon’s Gin
0.75 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
0.75 oz Rock Town Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Top Sparkling Wine
Rinse Herbsaint
Pour all ingredients except sparkling wine and Herbsaint into a shaker tin over ice and shake. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with Herbsaint and strain contents of shaker tin into that glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a dried rose.
