1.5 oz Rock Town Ginger Liqueur
1.0 oz Rock Town Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Tamarind Simple Syrup**
Spritz Rock Town 13th Anniversary Peated Single Malt Whiskey
Pour all ingredients except Peated Single Malt into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass, spritz with Peated Single Malt and garnish with a lemon.
**Tamarind Simple Syrup: Combine half a teaspoon of tamarind concentrate with half a cup water and half a cup sugar, stir and bring to a boil. Let cool.
