1.5 oz Rock Town Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Rock Town Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Chai Tea**
0.25 oz Honey
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
**Chai Tea – Add six bags of chai tea to a quart of boiling water. Steep for 30n minutes remove tea bags and date for one month.
