0.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
0.5 oz Genepy
0.25 oz Honey Simple Syrup
8 dashes Plum Bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel and star anise.
