1.5 oz Brandon’s Gin
0.5 oz Rose Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Craft Cordials Elderflower Liqueur
Splash Sparkling White Wine
Pour all ingredients except sparkling white wine into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute and top with sparkling white wine. Garnish with a dried rose petals.
