1.5 oz Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka
0.5 oz Rock Town Elderflower Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey
Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with an edible flower.
