2 oz Rock Town Basil Vodka
1.5 oz Carrot Juice
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz water
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a pint glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
