1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Honey Simple Syrup
Splash of soda water
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker tin over ice and shake. Strain into a collins glass over ice, top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel.
