2 oz. Rock Town Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Craft Cordials Peach Liqueur
0.5 oz Honey
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass, top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.
