Make At Home


15 Eggs
2.5 cups Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon Allspice seasoning
1 tablespoon Almond Extract
5 cups Whole Milk
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 bottle of Rock Town Chocolate Malt Bourbon
2 Cups Craft Cordials Creme de Cacao
2 cups Rock Town Bourbon Cream

**Recipe Makes 1 Gallon



Whisk eggs, sugar, spices and extract. Be sure to whisk thoroughly until mixture falls off whisk in a solid ribbon. Add the remaining ingredients and be sure to mix well (an electric mixer would be great to utilize here). Transfer to a large glass jug (or a few smaller glass bottles). Seal and store in fridge. You can enjoy right away or let it “age” for weeks or even months. The longer it sits, the better it gets. Before serving, make sure to shake contents for any settling that has occurred.
