1.5 oz Rock Town Gin
0.5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Rock Town Elderflower Liqueur
Tonic Water
Pour all ingredients tonic water into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist.
