2.0 oz Rock Town Gin
1.0 oz Pear Nectar
1.0 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
Top with 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients except Angostura Bitters into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with 3 dashes Angostura Bitters.
